At Rock N Road Cycles we sell a wide range of the Gu flavours, we use them ourselves, and supply them for runners, cyclists, and outriggers. We recommend them for sports people that need nutritional support for endurance events (i.e. if you intend to work at a high level of intensity for longer than one hour).
